"A Formulator’s Guide to Crossing the Valley of Death": Co-presented with Quotient Sciences & Charles River

Tuesday, October 24 | 3:30 – 4:30 PM

The translation from early discovery to the clinic has been termed the 'Valley of Death' as approximately 95% of compounds fail to make it to later clinical stages. It is estimated that the majority of failures in Phase 2 are due to poor efficacy due to poor exposure. Controlling drug properties and early consideration of appropriate formulation strategies during development can reduce risks down the road, minimizing challenges for the formulation scientist. Join our discussion co-presented with Charles River, featuring Dr. Dolly Jacob, Director of Integrated Development Services at Quotient Sciences, and Dr. Darren Matthews, Associate Science Director at Charles River.

Registration is not required. This presentation is open for any to attend and takes place on Stage 2.
